LMS Creates Advisory Board

LMS is pleased to announce the creation of an Advisory Board. Following an extensive selection process, the LMS Advisory Board members have been carefully assembled to assist the LMS Executive in a number of key areas. The Board will become an integral part of LMS’ decision making process and assist LMS in its long term growth and expansion objectives.

The Advisory Board members are as follows:

Bob Rennie

Bob is the founder and president of Rennie Marketing Systems. With billions of dollars in sales, Rennie Marketing Systems is the leading condominium sales and marketing force in North America. Bob has been marketing real estate since 1975 and has become a household name. He is recognized as one of the top authorities in the local economy.

Mac Bourassa

Mac worked with PCL for over 30 years, during which time he served as the President of PCL Construction Management Inc. with responsibility for all construction operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Currently, Mac acts as a mentor and consultant to leading executives and assists them in dealing with leadership issues relating to governance, strategy, corporate structure and execution. A seasoned construction veteran, Mac brings a wealth of industry expertise.

Gillian Ward

Gillian is a seasoned senior integrated marketer and business developer. She possesses strengths in the areas of market development, strategy formulation, customer relationship management and operational integration. She is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of the law firm Fasken Martineau and was the former Vice President, Business Development of AECON (formerly UMA Group Ltd).

Bob Armstrong

Bob is a financial management professional with over twenty years of senior management experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments and demonstrated skills in leadership and business financing, acquisition and divestiture. Most recently, Bob was Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Nalley’s Canada Limited.

Darren Driscoll

Darren is the Chief Financial Officer of LMS’ financial partner, Alaris Royalty Corp. Involved in Alaris since its inception, Darren has been actively involved in all aspects of its development of and plays an integral role in the screening of potential investments, the due diligence process and monitoring of investments. Before joining Alaris, Darren was the Chief Financial Officer of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers.
